We slowly pour hot water over our premium coffee, allowing it to infuse and extract the coffee's oils and fragrances in its own consistent time and pressure. The coffee ultimately passes through a paper filter, which catches a lot of the oils producing a clean cup that's easier on the stomach while accentuating intricate flavors.

A traditional Japanese drink, matcha powder is whisked with hot water then combined with steamed milk and a light layer of foam to produce a drink with sweet nuttiness, grassy notes, and pleasant bitter undertones. Matcha has 2/3rds the amount of caffeine as coffee and produces calm alertness without the jitters.
