This is a staple in the area. It has been here for years, but I can't recommend it. Felt a bit like the food from a retirement home. Our bill for a family of five was over $200 and the quality of the food was pretty substandard. The service was good and the drinks were fine but the kitchen seems to going for the lowest quality food options they can find. It's not overly expensive but given the quality of the food there are many other options in the area. That said it's a very busy place and always full so perhaps your mileage may vary.
Excellent restaurant, had the Tuscan menu, very impressed. Everything was Devine, would highly recommend this restaurant. Right down to the house white wine, superb.
Great place to have a fantastic dinner with an old friend over a Tuscan Table full of deeeish food. Big recommend.
My husband and I go here as our date night without the kids. Every meal has been consistently great every time. We always get the tuscan table and it never disappoints.
Had a lovely meal out with friends. Great service!
A cozy and quiet place for lunch. Our server was very polite, sweet and attentive. The food was much better than all the other western style/ Italian / seafood restaurants that we visited in downtown Victoria. The dishes we ordered had good flavour and texture, the salad had a bit too much dressing for our liking but that can easily be adjusted at our next visit. Prices were very similar to restaurants in the downtown area but the quality and quantity was vastly better. We would dine at Med Grill again if we visit the island in the future.
Really enjoyed our meal and the service! The chef made a special effort to make our wings unique which we appreciated Short rib Cannelloni was great with the beef inside. Earl grey martini was tasty as well as the salted caramel bar. Nice atmosphere. Good place to go for a special occasion or date night. Best to reserve here tho. Even on a Monday night it was pretty busy!
Wonderful restaurant with varied menu and nice atmosphere. Great service. We love “Winesday” Wednesdays.
