This restaurant is amazing! The Pho is fantastic! Friendly service and a modern atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with the customer service I received over the phone. Both the manager and Employee seemed like they had no idea how to take my order of Kim chi fried rice. There needs to be a note in the website saying they cannot do certain items, it’s ridiculous that I had a 10 min conversation about why I can’t leave out Kim chi in the fried rice like I usually do. First they said they couldn’t sell it to me then they said I would just have to come in and place the order and dine in. Very different customer service from when I worked there years ago.

The best Ramen in New Haven, so satisfying!

The food was very good. The service was outstanding. I had Ramen and my wife had pho. Both broths were flavourful witout being heavy. I highly recommend this place.

Ordered takeout. The place was absolutely packed on a Saturday night, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed (understandable and not their fault—management should hire a second front-of-house worker!). The place’s ambiance is not particularly exciting, especially compared to the other ramen places in New Haven. The food was unfortunately something I plan to not order again. The Buddha Banh Mi was super soggy, and all the ingredients were soaked in the sauce. My girlfriend, who will preserver through almost any bad food experience out of stubbornness, could simply not eat it. The Kinoko Vegetarian Ramen was better, but the broth was uninspiring and I don’t feel the need to get it again.

I’m a little obsessed with Mecha. I’m gluten-free so I’ve only had the Pho with beef options. So fresh and delicious and warming. Quick and friendly service, perfect for solo lunching Dietary restrictions: Clearly marked gluten-free options

Everything great except the music, Could of been toned down a bit but not a deal breaker

The food was super good, recommended the kfc bao 100%. The service was super awesome and the music playing in the restaurant was very enjoyable! Great overal experience
