Poke bowls originated from Hawaii and can be thought of as sushi deconstructed into a healthy, nutritrious and flavorful bowl where you customize with a variety of fresh vegetables, sauces, sashimi and toppings. Our culinary philosphy is simple, we buy fresh and prep everything in-store. We strongly believe the best tasting Poke Bowls are the ones with the freshest ingredients and made beautifully.
