Twice the app has removed a deal and the location refuses to honor the promotion.
There are signs all over the front register telling you to order at the kiosk. The kiosk was broken. After I put in my order, just an iced tea, it said it couldn't take cashless payment and it would print a receipt to take to the front register to pay. It was out of paper. I could have paid cash but it didn't give me any option. I was then ignored for a while, finally acknowledged, then waited for three drive through orders to be filled before anyone came over to see why I was at the counter. After I explained, she walked off to fill another order before coming back to take my payment. When just trying to get a cup to go fill my own iced tea, this was pretty outrageous. And no effort was made to put an out of order sign on the kiosk. If they insist on using the kiosk, fine, but they need to work.
Great service and prices. Only $18 for an egg mcmuffin hashbrown OJ and pancakes, with no utensils butter or syrup. Like a boss. Well not me. I have three cold pancakes leftover with no syrup. But Ronald. Damn. Get it my bro. Lol
Avoid going into the restaurant. We took our little ones to eat inside. I ordered 2 happy meals and my sister in law ordered 2 both orders placed at the same time. My order was out but the other order took 30 min. The 2 kids were left out watching the other two eat. I tried to get the attention of the manager but she was only focused on the drive through the entire time. The entire lobby was filled with customers waiting upfront for the food and manager did not acknowledge anyone. They had about 3 ppl working in the drive through solely focused on keeping the timer low for all of the cars. I noticed orders go out one by one in the drive through and upfront was ignored. I had to speak out to get the managers attention because she did not care acknowledge us I told her that management should try to focus on both areas so that one is not ignored and she simply said that her job is the drive through and she pointed at one worker and said his job is upfront. She had 1 person upfront Taking orders helping ppl and calling out orders ONE. Let me remind you the drive through had 3 in total 2 workers and the manager.
Management does not care at all about the customers in the lobby. Her priority is to keep her drive through time low.
This McDonalds sucks, employees are rude and don’t speak English
