I know we're talking about McDonald's here I'm reviewing the Byron center location only at the time I was there. First, I'm waiting at the speaker not getting any service. A car pulled up in the other lane and got serviced before me, I shrugged it off as a mistake. I then waited at the window for a while while they were trying to get the ice cream machine working, figured well that's an equipment problem. No big deal. The problem is the only word I heard the whole time was the word What??? They handed me the wrong flavored slush for my children and I simply told them I ordered the Sprite lemonade slush. I was giving a little bit of a harsh what Repeated myself. They turned around the window shut. When they came back to the window with the right slushes and had them to me I said thank you Still not a word. Nothing window shut I said you're welcome. Have a good day Looked up and saw them laughing. Not sure if they heard me? Normally I would expect. Hey sorry we had some problems with the machine or at least a word or two during customer service. If my whole drive thru experience is one harsh word, I would rather use a kiosk. Anyway, hopefully their day gets better :)
Arrived at the drive thru at 4:42, day there until 4:50. No service, even though the door says the drive thru opens at 5 and the lobby at 7.
Their hours are a lie! It states they are open at 5:00 and drive through at 4:45 a.m. we pulled up to the drive-thru at 5:45 a.m. The menu board was lit up. Lights were on and the restaurant. But no one would answer the intercom. After a good 5 minutes of sitting there we left!
People are nice that work at night when doing deliveries
I order quite often from this location. Today there were missing items from my order and when I brought this up I was told that I was wrong and there was nothing missing. Very unprofessional.
Something is missing from our order every time we come here. Always having to go back in and get it right. And you want more money and hour? What a joke
