I don't know why nobody knows where the tables are at McDonald's. The app ask you which table you're at and everybody that needs to deliver your food can't seem to find the table. It would be nice if you tell your employees how everything works.
I have to say though the food is always prepared quickly and hot. McDonald's really needs to review their coffees. The only coffee that's worth drinking is the blended one. Everything else has a funky flavor.
I really appreciate the extra coupons and the breakfast meals.
The McDonald's in Hamlin did an excellent job at not putting everything in a bag and all this extra stuff that just needed to be thrown away. If you're doing a dine-in I'm not sure why it needs to be in a bag instead of being on a tray. It would be nice of McDonald's would cut back on the trash that we throw away that we don't need with each and every meal.
Otherwise I appreciate the employees who really try. The tables could be clean once in a while and the bathrooms could be reviewed. The handicap bathroom was out of toilet paper.
This location continues to have staffing issues and orders can be significantly delayed. That said, I understand that and I'm willing to be patient when ordering here. However, every order I have placed recently has had wrong and/or missing items. This location is convenient, but it's not worth the hassle and I would absolutely recommend avoiding it.
I have to comment the connectivity was down so they weren't able to utilize the app i.m pleased to say that they did their best to go around the app and honor the service that I required
I have never had a burger this bad. All I ordered was a mcdouble and it was the oldest driest burger i ever had at 4pm...how
Beautiful new store, however the old locations service & food top this store any day. Food took over 5 minutes and then we received cold fries (large & medium). Then my order was missing a chicken nugget and the young kid running window 2 & 3 said the receipt didn't have nuggets. When I told him I ordered then and the others in my car heard me say it he just kinds shrugged it off and I told him just nevermind the nugs and just replace the cold fries. We clearly waited for fresh fries and he informed us it would be 2 or 3 minutes more. I paid $20 for a chicken sandwich and a double qp meal and I expect decent food at the least.
Bad experience this time.
I used the automated order entry system. Ordered two sausage burritos. Got an order number, no receipt, order never came up on the board, waited, waited some more, went up to counter to see what happened, people looked, but no one came over, I left, probably never to return.
I visit once in a while, usually with my wife, who's more patient than I.
I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and a medium oj. I was pleasantly surprised when the order arrived about a minute after I sat down; eggselent. The McMuffin was good, but somewhat crunchy around the edges. There was a problem with the oj. It was watered down. That's a cardinal sin for breakfast places. How many cents do they save at the expense of customer satisfaction.
Food is McDonald's, but for "fast food" this place is shockingly slow. Drive thru is a mess
