Young women on shift tonight served me my 3 large fries ice cold I'm really not pleased.

Your ok if u don’t order cook to order. Trust me you will not get it no matter what.. they don’t change grease. Unless corporate tell them . Since 2015 this used to be the place.. . It has gone downhill I wasted $15.. . I never in my life seen a Big Mac was cold with cheese .. And so much lettuce. I never seen a fish sandwich that only had the fish hot … But the bun cold never in life. I feel they should have a manager in kitchen at all times. To babysit the workers.. because they are clearly running the customers away. Now I be going to Red , Robin to get my fish fillet sandwiches and burgers. Parking: Not bad.

Very difficult placing the order at the drive thru window. Wanted to buy one get one for a dollar breakfast sandwich special which was advertised right there. You would think I was asking for a kidney given the response from the person on the other end taking the order

Ordered through the drive through, got a good BOGO deal on Double Cheeseburgers using the app it was served quickly, and they tasted great! Wheelchair accessibility: They have designated tables for handicapped people.

We ate inside. It was a clean and relaxed environment. The fries, unfortunately, were not fully cooked and were lukewarm at best.
