Had to wait on lunch the reason there not ready. Employees attitudes are terrible especially the manager. Aren't you supposed to do the switch and start right at 11. Was given 3 ketchup packets.
Signs on the highway say it's 24 hours.. but they're closed from 3-4. If you advertise 24 hours then you should be 24 hours..idgaf if the franchise owner has to get up and cover the shift.
Mobil order or not you will be waiting for a very long time although the app says that your meal is ready. The “manager” will get an attitude because they not on their job. How are all the in store orders ready before mine?? This location needs to get their ish all the way together!!
Store is always dirty, floors in dining area are sticky , trash everywhere, the drink area is not sanitary, the staff is rude and the quality of the food at this location is well not great half of it is like warm once they get it out

Ordered one triple cheeseburger. The bun was about as crunchy as a granola bar. The hamburger was cold. And it took almost 5 minutes to get it. At 1230AM... There was myself and one other in the restaurant. There's no excuse for that at all!!
I had some old burgers on my double cheeseburger. The fries were warm. Besides the person who took my order, everyone else acted like they didn't want to be at work. And was acting like as if they didn't want to give customers condiments after they and placed an order
