Breakfast in a rush. Not much to recommend.
Manager was extremely rude. The drive thru employee did not explain the full order and had us pay for a different customer. Manager came out and made extreme comments to herself that was intended for us. This place is a joke. Management is a joke.manage the process, do not feel interrupted from sitting in your office to make your operations better when opportunities arise.
First time ever in st louis and i already think its worse than anywhere else ive ever been. This mcdonalds just gave me a 35 min wait in drive thru just to order. The roads are narrow. The lights take forever.
It was late, and there were some rowdy customers adjacent to us in drive thru.ctew still got our order quickly and with a smile. They deserve medals for their composure!!
The person taking your order is always rude in the evening big difference from the morning where just about everyone is polite
We ordered in the app and didn't know the dining room was closed so we tried to go through the drive-thru to get our food and they made us go back around the building and pick up from the back door. The woman over the intercom with the rudest person we've encountered in St Louis. There was a delay getting our food because they gave part of our order to a different customer, we had to beg for condiments, and then they didn't give us silverware for big breakfast and pancakes.
Please tell your employees that a mocha contains chocolate. I got a “mocha” that’s literally just espresso and milk. This McDonald’s always takes a long time and their items are priced much higher (at least $1 more/item) than other McDonald’s
