Poorly run. Rude store manager

Made one special request (no sauce on the sandwich) but my sandwich came with lots. Normally I wouldn't bother with a review, but this has happened more than a few times at this location and now I think it's worth noting. The staff working the drive-thru windows were kind.

A large coffee (4 creams + 4 sugars) is not only priced well... this crew serves it up right every time. Thank you Tasty meal pkgs too, i crave for in between indulgences. Parking: Cleverly located at the endspot of long shopping village, boasting great parking options. Kid-friendliness: Kids love McDonalds!!! Period. I sure did when i was young. There's not a lot for the kids to do at this site, but kids have a knack for making it a fun place. Wheelchair accessibility: Location designed to accomodate every kind of approach possible. Wheelchair hospitable restrooms too!!

The night manager some blonde lady so rude and I had to pay for my ranch and barbecue sauce so every other fast food in the whole county gives them for free but not in Scott's Valley blonde lady manager worst service ever and she was rude to her employee

Ordered my food with the App ahead of time. Food was ready when I arrived. The staff did a great job toasting the muffin. Other locations under toast it and Scotts Valley location made it perfectly. It was hot and cheese was melting. Exactly how its supposed to be.
