The automated greeting at the drive thru gives the impression that someone is speaking to you while, in fact, nobody is, and therefore, nobody is listening to your response. I can't think of many ways to be more disrespectful and unprofessional without stating the obvious.

Some helpers are kind & make to order has greatly improved. Glad too see this!!
