food is stale and past hot holding times. there are homeless people gathered in the parking lot. dining room was closed 30 minutes before the posted closing time. this store is not very focus on customer service.

Doordasher picking up orders from this location after 10:00 p.m. when store is closed, unacceptable, issue needs to be resolved asap. doordasher are wasting time losing pay and messing up there acceptance rate due to this issue

They had me waiting for a whole hour to pay for my food like what kind of service is that then there was a employee yelling at a customer to wait but he was just asking him to pay his meal .

First and foremost it smells like vomit in this store!! The service sucks you don't get your food right away what's the sense of being called fast food if it's not anywhere near fast. And not including picking up DoorDash orders here takes forever and they don't shut it off so no orders come in after they close!

As soon as I drove onto the property, I was blocked by about 12 homeless that have taken up camp on their front patio asking for money. When I was able to park, I went inside to find sign that warned customers that we have a 30 minute time limit to eat in their lobby. When I asked an employee about it, she said that’s all we’re allowed for dine in before management requires they call the police. Call the police on a customer for eating? This will definitely be going up to corporate and/or franchiser.
