Missing food every time. Absolute joke!

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at the McDonald’s Chadderton drive-through, all thanks to Nas, the manager. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, Nas greeted me with a warm welcome and genuine enthusiasm, setting the tone for a delightful dining experience. Nas went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my drive-through visit was nothing short of perfect. He took the time to listen attentively to my order, with special requirements, ensuring that my meal was prepared exactly to my liking. Food is never right from this place, every time I order it’s freezing and items missing. I’ve just spent £20 and can’t even eat the food as I’ve been given someone else’s burger with just beef, no salad no sauce. Honestly never spending another penny here.

Delivery via uber. Food arrived cold and very pale fries, plus small portion.

Ordered via uber eats. Half the order was missing. And items ordered plain all had onion on them. Totally inedible.

OK for the kids quick fix and not the cheapest

Stopped here after passing by. I now remember why I stopped eating at this fast food chain. The prices are ridiculous!

Not as good as it used to be

Mcdonalds is not the same as it was.Waiting times way too long.They have lost what they were good at.orders generally wrong .food cold.dont order from uber last two orders I recived not even my orders never again.
