My question is why be advertised til 11pm but at 9pm the dining room is closed like I said, it’s advertised till 11pm and there is a whole other scheduled times for drive through at least change your hours

Imagine being so lazy when at your job that you just put oreos on top of vanilla ice cream and not actually use the Mcflurry machine. No work ethic in most the workers there.

Fast food workers in California went on strike for higher pay, and the State caves in and raises minimum significantly, then people complain and wonder why prices have surged sky high.... I say that all to share that the workers at this location definitely did not earn their pay increase. You take your own order at the kisok versus a cashier. I ordered 4 piece nuggets, a regular cheeseburger, a small fry, and a bottled water, only 3 small items to prepare. There were only 3 other patrons in the restaurant. The drive-through was cranking, but not crazy with any large lines. It took 13 minutes to get my food. There was a full staff in the back, thus, definitely not short employees. The disappointment in it all is when my order was ready, my number was called, the expeditor then left my food on the counter and walked away. I purposely called out "thank you" to try and get acknowledgment or a half smile, maybe???? No reciprocation. All that to say, you want the pay, yet you don't want to play. I think if you want over $20 an hour to yell out a number and walk away, then it is recommended that management teach CSR skills....
