Shocking service standing waiting to order for 10 mins with every member of staff ignoring me, Shocking. Previously liked this place but after being ignored won't be returning anytime soon.

Food was good. Ross was amazing and so friendly to everyone.

Too slow

swearing and unwelcoming rude staff slow service food cold and orders incorrect.Staff seem to be more interested in there own private lives than attending to customers staff including some managers seen smoking outside swearing and giving an unwelcoming atmosphere a manager called Frankie on his name badge swearing loadly and a member of staff called Hannah who was on this particular night I visited is very cold and unwelcoming and seems to have a very can't be bothered attitude .I will not be using this restaurant again that's for sure on top of that I was unwell after consuming the food.
