I'm actually amazed at how incompetent/lazy these workers are, even by McDonald's standards.

Walked in, first thing said was “Hola”. I understand that I am Mexican, but i dont speak spanish whatsoever. Its uncommon to address someone with a foreign language based on their skin color. I didn’t even realize what was said until my partner pointed it out. It was extremely unprofessional of whoever said it. Unfortunately a lot of kids nowadays don’t think before speaking. We live in America, the default language is English. Maybe they where trying to be nice, but if anyone came up to them and assumed they spoke a foreign language other than English based of their skin color I’m sure they wouldn’t take it so well either. Its racist.

Literally always gets my order wrong somehow and my food always cold ????? but the staff is very nice so i’ll let it slide

I came here to get a medium caramel frappe, which is only $4.30. I was charged almost 8$ for my drink when I looked at my banking app. The woman that took my card didn’t say a single word to me and even gave me a dirty look when giving my card back as if she knew she charged me wrong. I have no clue what problem this lady had with me. The only words I said to her was thank you when receiving back my card. Not to mention she didn’t even give me a receipt. I called when I got home realizing I was charged wrong and the woman that answered said there was nothing they could do without a receipt which I didn’t receive. She was also very rude. This is why I never come to McDonald’s. Their workers can’t ever do their job right, like it’s even that hard. Update- I’ve spoken to someone with McDonald’s and they took my concerns seriously.

Ms. G is so nice. I'm a mean person and she was so sweet I was nice too. It wasn't just this time either she's like that every time I get breakfast.

My boyfriend just ordered the food and went there when the drive thru supposed to be 24/7, but he went up there and the lady that was working there saw him and just kept it moving like she don’t see him but accepted the order after 11pm when they are closing. I wouldn’t recommend getting food here again because don’t accept any orders nor take the money if you guys are closing at 11pm. That’s dumb!!!!
