Terrible wait times, rude staff, toxic management... HOW DO YOU FORGET AN ENTIRE MEAL?????

Cahrge $2 for a coffee cup of ice. Went today, ordered $25 worth of food but after the wait in drive thru to recieve the food, had to ask for two missing sandwiches on the order. No apologies or anything by anyone. Was able to order and receive food within 15 minutes. Bad part, no sales, no specials, except if you download stuff to your phone, but it should not be an option to use your phone behind the wheel. As a rule, I put my phone away when I drive too many people have accidents because they are behind the wheel and looking at their phones. Especially now when you can only use drive thru.

Just a hot a$$ mess!!! I went and ordered 2 quarter pounder meals and a happy meal. The fries were barely cooked with absolutely no salt and the fry boxes were filled only halfway. I also asked for dehydrated onions instead of slivered on one of the quarter pounders and they failed to do it. They also forgot my sauce for the nuggets I ordered. This restaurant is just ghetto and trashy. They seem to hire the dumbest individuals possible

The workers here are always nice. Food is hot and good.

This location is very hit-or-miss. The last few months the service wasn't too great, and they messed up my order a few times. But now I think they're getting better management. That being said, it is just a McDonalds, so don't expect a lot in terms of service. I would recommend the Costco location; better service there.
