The burger came out RAW! I waited for 25 minutes to receive a refund. They wouldn't give me a refund without me handing over the big Mac first. I refused and immediately took photos. The attitudes of the staff that night was astonishing. They were rude, spiteful, and just plain unhappy to be working at McDonald's.

This location has really picked up, and we enjoy coming back more

Every time we order food from the drive through we have to explain that always the last time we ordered, the food was cold and over cooked. I always order the #4 chicken sandwich and it's overcooked, burned almost. My wife gets the big Mac and it's also cold. Yes we see a lot of new people working there all the time and I'm sure you're having a hard time keeping workers, but you'll have to train them properly. And the food is not cheap either. You will never see us again.

Absolutely horrible ! The workers yell at you and don’t follow the McDonald’s policies ! They need either new management or new workers, every experience with them is bad, they either forget some of your order, over charge, under cook your food or just nasty when addressing customers, please do better !

Believe these 1 star reviews. This location has never gotten an order correct and they couldn't care less because the moron that signs their checks will continue to do so whether or bit they ever become intelligent enough to work at a fast food store.
