Very bad experience at McD. The mobile app didn't work. The kiosk did not print the bill and the qty of food given was way less than the usual

I am rating one star for service. Pathetic service. There were very few staffs to take orders. It took us 30 mins to order this has not happened for the first time. Most of the time their machines are not working. I got the cook nob inside my coke and it was so dirty. They were not able to take orders from the phone too. My experience was very bad
