They give me the wrong food all the time

It is McDonald's. Food is okay at best. Service is hard to comment on. It depends on who is working at the time. Some of the employees are very pleasant and conscientious of their job, while others can be absolutely rude.

Dine in was closed at 8pm when everywhere I check online it says closes at 11pm. Even on the door to walk in it says 11pm. Why is the dine in closed at 8pm? Because the dine in was closed it was the LONGEST drive thru line I have ever been in. Not that there were a lot of cars, it was just moving at a pace of one car per 5-10 minutes. I waited for 35 minutes in a line of 5 cars.

Polite workers. Got an apple pie that was hard as a rock and inedible.

My fries were too hard to eat and the service was terrible. I guess because they were free and I looked like I didn't deserve good service

They took forever to get my order ready and after I received it, the food was cold.

The slowest fast food your ever ordered. Doesn't matter if your in drive through or inside. Too 10 minutes to get 3 sausage biscuits at 930 am. And it wasn't busy.

Fast food
