Staff don't pay attention during drive through orders. Giving wrong order to customers and then not understand ing customer when trying to explain

delicious food but slow service
This is the McDonalds that I go to frequently for breakfast and sometimes Dinner. Normally the staff is good. Recently they have made changes and the service has become ridiculous. Two issues - too many students working there, all of them speaking to each other in an indian language. Secondly the focus has increased on Drive-thru orders with no focus on in-store dining customers. Today morning it was clear that the staff, including the manager, had no concerns on customers in the store. They cleared about 15 cars before they reached my order - all of them ordered after me. It was the coffees that were delayed as they focussed on serving their drive-thru customers. The problem was that any complaints were just disregarded with blank looks as if they did not understand my concern - the rest of my food got cold as I waited for my coffee. I really hope they can train their workers before they put them on the floor. Also I would really wish they have experienced managers instead of these fresh college students who have no concern of their customers.
