Good food at a good price!

Here I go young fellas working in this joint not giving you this comment for you guys to feel bad or to desrespect you guys but thanking your costumer for spending money on your restaurant is very important saying you're welcome when a costumer is telling you thank you it is a long business connection you are making with this costumer in order for him to go back to your restaurant; remember fellas you guys get paid by sales so if you don't greet your costumer and don't smile and be helpful then you might be on the wrong work environment, this was on educational comment hopefully you put this in practice MANAGER this goes for you.. GOD BLESS YOU YOUNG FELLAS

Horrible experience. Store #31780. They got my order wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed they refused. I talked to the person displayed in the picture not sure if he is the manager but he was super disrespectful. He ignored my request and told other employees to do the same, he raised his voice and started swearing at me while I was trying to ask him to fix my order. I asked for his name which he would not give me. While I was there two other customers asked to talk to a manager which he also refused to assist. Don’t bother spending your money here. Worst customer service I’ve received compared to other McDonald’s.

Gave me my order wrong and i politely asked them to fix who seemed be the the manager came and said it was my fault for not looking at the screen to make sure my order was correct and he wouldn’t fix it next time got mad when i said they should listen correctly specially after i repeat my order 3-4 times… also staff calling each other names in front of customers

Food was ok but when we walked in we were disgusted by all the tables being dirty also, in the 30 minutes we were their not a single employee cleaned one table. There was not a single table that was clean so we had to clean off our own table.

Costumer service was horrible, the fries wasn't cooked all the way, asked for a double fish and they put the patty in a separate box, food taste like they need to change the oil, please drive 2min away to the other mcdonald, from now on I will..
