Why can do I never get staws in the bag? Why does it look like my big mac was assembled by a blind person?

Had missing foods items from our order (which we didn't know til we got home), employees seemed to be rushing us (it was not closing time and the line in the drive thru was maybe 2 cars plus us). Disappointed, maybe there's a better McD's somewhere near-ish, go there first.

No one can understand putting orders into separate bags at the drive through so everyone in the car can get their food handed to them. It doesn't help when the person taking orders at the drive through doesn't understand and can't communicate clearly. Also I asked for an extra cheeseburger, not replace my chicken nugget happy meal. And the receipt machines need to be replaced, my receipt was mostly invisible.

Wow, Foreigner lady said "American Currency" is not allowed here because it is racist to call it American Currency and should be called "CASH". Then I apologized for calling American currency and called it cash to please the foreigner lady. They gave me change with a ripped in half $20 bill and gave me a hard time asking them to give me change that's not ripped in half, they literally asked me to tape it together for them as if I carry around tape lol. Then they eventually gave ne a proper bill, so I just said "Thank You Sir" to the Man working the window, apparently He does not identify as the Man he is, but respectfully avoided him because confused people are also easily triggered. Finally they recognized they could not upset me so they all complained to me that they are all having a hard morning and thanked me for my patience with them and stated they are all having personal issues. I am not a therapist, I did not come here to chat, I just wanted breakfast for my son, sheesh. I did not come here for this type of Democrat drama. I am afraid to come back here now these people are all crazy!

We got cold fries and we got a short amount of fries when I ordered a four piece.I got a three piece chicken nugget

French fries here smell bad

They took away the refills from McDonald's charging three times the amount that they did just a year ago and they expect people to come back. I just won't spend my money there
