I often stop here for lunch because it’s convenient and close to work. Plus, the McDonald’s rewards program allows me to earn points for free items, making it affordable. While we all know McDonald's, this location truly stands out.
The service is exceptional. Whether I go inside or use the drive-thru, the staff are always polite and friendly. Many of them exhibit that southern hospitality, consistently going the extra mile, even if there’s an issue with my order or a long wait. I also appreciate that the place is always tidy and clean; someone is always mopping or cleaning, which makes me feel better about ordering food. I love coming here because of the service—I feel recognized and valued, even though I haven’t had a real conversation with any of them.
Nasty! Of course they don’t have their ice coffee machine working. But you could have at least gave us straws and napkins and fries that aren’t the same temperature as the arctic cap. Place gets progressively worse every time. Won’t be back
Great customer service surprisingly.
Some items to the order weren’t in the bag and others were incorrect but this was rectified with no hassle which is very pleasing. I don’t fault the workers for this it’s obvious there isn’t enough labor towards the end of the day to deal with the amount of customers that are arriving. Trying to minimize labor leads to worse customer experiences and puts more strain on employees working hard as is.
To. Mexican lady who was eating as you took my order hey stop eating as your working due to it's McDonald's policy your not to eat behind the counter unless in break room and know manger who ever you are your not doing your job cause I truly tried calling I will be calling your gm and district manager if I knew who owners I'd Def give them heads up but you need to teach policy and procedures to all of employees and you need some to
Honestly, I hadn’t been here in over a year because the food was always so bad and the service was not good either so I was very pleasantly surprised today when my order was very fresh and delicious and it took a little while, but it’s worth it this time.
Really hit the spot - thank you!
You can say what you want about McDonald's. There's been times when I've agreed with you. But when I can't make up my mind, my go to has always been McDonald's. So I can give em a 5 for that.
Tried to contact the number and email about my problem but it’s evident that McTribe does not care about their individual store’s performance. Will never eat at a store run by them again.
Went through the drive through and was told wait for the man to finish taking an inside order. Waited about 7-10 minutes until another car pulled up. He took their order first.
The older guy running the drive through was very smart with me about why I didn’t want cheese on my burger. I ordered two double hamburgers and asked for no cheese since they tend to make the difficult task of not putting cheese on a burger so problematic.
Pulled up to the window to a lady with a nicer attitude and she handed me my drink. About another 5-8 minutes go by and she brings me another drink instead of my food. Before I left I noticed that once again, the problem of cheese arose. Both burgers had cheese after we had settled on HAMBURGERS. As the drive through attendant shouted at me through the speaker.
Worst experience at a McDonald’s I’ve ever had
Get better

Update it’s been a minute and this place still sucks. Always missing an item or they always get something wrong. Like seriously how can people be so incompetent.
This McDonald's is something I went in waited like 10 minutes b4 someone took my order i order the steak egg and cheese bagel when I got my order it was on a biscuit not a bagel it didn't even have any cheese and the steak was dry as hell
ShaLeah double checked my order at the drive thru before I got the wrong one, drive off got home and would have been disappointed. They're a very busy location.. still she took time to get my stuff right for me. Very nice.
She putting out some real nice vibes and food. Thank you very much for all that
