McDonald's

Worst experience I have had at a McDonald’s 20+ minutes to order in drive through. Claimed they couldn’t use my app code, missing food items and food was ice cold. Worth the extra drive to Tates creek.

Ridiculous

Showed up at 10:45 pm when they close at 11, waited for a few minutes and no answer at the speaker so we drove around to the window to ask if they were still open to which the employee responded yes and said we would have to drive around again to order very rudely. By this point I was fed up so I left

Very nice and good food. Just a regular McDonald's. Service rather than bringing tray as usual called receipt number...

Nicholasville Rd and Man O War, by Walmart. I was there on Oct 13 and went through the drive thru for fries and a coke. I got the fries and they were disgusting. I parked and went in and asked for fresh fries and the guy said it would be 4 min. I waited the 4 minutes and watched the 2 workers go from the window to making food while never washing their hands. Then the guy remaking my fries coughed in his hand. He looked at me and then went and got my fry box and opened it with the hand he coughed in. If they do this with a customer clearly watching, who knows what they do at other times. Thank goodness it was free fries cause I took them and threw them away.

Slow unfriendly employees, cold food, long waits.

Took forever to get my food...they were not busy just a communication issue between employees and the kosk machine. Between ordering my food and getting it to me took around 25 mins total...way too long for fast food in my opinion...no appolgie were even offered for the service either..Definitely a disappointment

All was ok drive thru sometimes a short with u and don't know how to respond when customer says ty

The person was very rude and not very helpful when I ordered my food.

Ordered my kiosk for dine in. Even got a table number and sat down.. When food was ready, they called my number instead of bringing it to me. They are too lazy to bring it out.
