Homeless people loitering in parking lot and outdoor seating area. As I pulled in, one man yelled profanities at me and proceeded to follow me around to the order display, jumping out around the corner, cursing. I was very startled and concerned for my safety.
I had a big fly in my drink. Avoid this nasty place.
It's McDonalds. Great for kids but not great at getting your order correct or at least giving you all your order in general. Best I can say to ya is good luck.
Always the worst experience. In one go. Forgot a medium fry forgot a bbq sauce and had a toy from a decade ago in the happy meal and fries that had 0 seasoning on it. That's just baseline. Terrible customer service. Not a welcome to mcdonalds or a thank you or a please. I know it's not the best job. I get it. But you need to have one or the other. Either get my order right and be rude. Or get my order wrong and be nice. If you hit me with the one two combo it just makes me salivate at tvw prospect of a tesla Optimus taking my order in 5 years.
Let's talk about the new Chicken Big Mac... basically a McNugget patty built into the Big Mac architecture...with all the structural integrity of a Gen Z relationship... messy, all over the place and can't keep itself together. It's not bad...but I think trying to Mac Stack it, kills the overall experience, in what should be a decent new Chicken sammich....change the patty up to a crunchier alternative...either spice that up or add a new Spicy Mac sauce....this has some potential.
I asked for a cheeseburger with nothing on it just cheese as soon as I got it when I was checking it onions ketchup and cheese on it
The service has dramatically improved, a few months ago I waited inside at the counter 11 minutes before anyone took my order, this time upon seeing me standing there, maybe 1 minute, a girl came and took my order and was very pleasant. Food was correct and I received my order surprisingly fast.
Nice McDonalds. Close to home. Good service.
Food cold and wrong again. Only one girl was nice
