Employee are rude!!! Ask for a sausage mcmuffin and he responded with egg or no egg and I replied no egg. He never added it to the order. Then proceeds to argue with me that I did not say it. Sir you specifically asked me with egg o no egg. Then proceed to talk Spanish and take the bag with him to the back to go grab a mcmuffin. I do not trust what he was doing and also I understood what he was saying as I am also hispanic. Which surprise both employees that I spoke spanish back at them. And then proceeded to give him back the mcmuffin. Gave me bad feeling. I will NEVER go to this establishment because of how rude their employees are. Which I know the owner of this franchise will NOT do anything or corporate won’t do anything either.

We were given old food tonight, and when we took it back maybe about 10-15 mins later, we were blamed for the food being old. It was fish sandwiches, and they were dark brown when we opened our food. Then the staff had broken a piece cheese in half to put one half on each sandwich. Ricardo, the night manager, blamed the old food on the timing, but no one can explain why the cheese was broken in half. The fries were ice cold. It was just a very bad experience. Save your money and just go to the one on 121.

Ordered fries with no salt. They still gave me soggy fries, Order a crispy chicken sandwich, looked like there was spit under the bun between bread and chicken, Order it a Sunday sunday ice cream was all watered down, just came out of the machine Order it a Sunday sunday ice cream was all watered down, just came out of the machine So I felt Like they vandalized to my food. Debate it for 20 minutes before going to McDonald's if I really wanted to take the risk. Spent $16 and I regret it because this food is unedible for me, (And this is just a question, But as a person of mixed ethnicity Including Hispanic. Why are there only latinos working there? When Hispanic culture are the only ones that go on about diversity?) P.s. Writing the $16 off as a loss because I'm not eating this disgusting food.
In my recent visit to McDonald’s Lewisville drive-through, I experienced a missing item in my order. Upon notifying the staff, they assured me it would be addressed next time, leaving uncertainty about the resolution. Unfortunately, when I asked for a refund for the missing item, they declined, stating they couldn’t assist with the extra charge. This lack of resolution left me dissatisfied with the customer service.
