This location is prompt to get your order out to you fast, fresh, and made properly! The staff is very friendly and ready to serve you!

This was the first time visiting this location. The person I encountered was very friendly which was nice since at other locations, the workers aren't as happy or friendly. I feel like that says a lot about the work environment! As far as food & service, it was great! I placed the breakfast order on my app right as we were parking. I walked inside and she had my order ready to go! The food was fresh & the order was correct. Definitely will use this location again when we are in the area! pro tip: use the app!! It saves so much time PLUS there are always great deals offered. Don't pay more for no reason!

They got the order wrong, in spite of me explaining it to them in BOTH English and Spanish!Then the manager gets an attitude as soon as she sees me come in... This is just one of several establishments where I have to speak in Spanish because they don't speak English, I should get a discount in these places since they're making $15+ an hour....Way more than a Private in the military risking his/her life for his/ her country!!! I had to order take out because of the 30:06 sign posted...I didn't see the sign before going thru the drive thru had I seen it I wouldn't have given them my business.... Just like thousands of "LEGAL" RESPONSIBLE GUN OWNERS they too don't do business with those types of establishments...

A reoccurring mishap that I’ve experienced almost every single time I’ve ordered from, not just this McDonald’s in particular, but every McDonald’s within the northern Texas apparatus, is that, even with precise instructions and constant reminders, nobody seems to like giving out the honey packets they supposedly offer. Countless times have I written specific instructions on my order to the cook and the delivery person that I, in fact, do NOR want honey mustard, but HONEY. Just HONEY. No mustard involved. Yet, even if I was holding them at gunpoint telling them to put honey in the bag, they still give me these God forsaken honey mustard packets. I’m not sure the severity of the situation from another individual’s perspective, however this is something I’m willing to sacrifice my image and reputation as a professional and instead go full-blown Karen mode and write a fully fledged, well-written Google review to display my anger and frustration towards Texas’s local McDonalds lack of honey. (First image.) EDIT: Round two. I’m beginning to suspect that my displacement of honey with honey mustard is on purpose, and these freaks behind the counter have recognized my address and order. I am sick of this. Also, not a complaint, but I asked for extra salt on my fries and they put a sausage sticker on it. Lol. (Second and third images.)

Went there for the little grandson to play at their play place and have a snack. Very disappointing play place compared to the ones when my kids were young. On the plus side it was very clean.
