Sat in the car park for 25 minutes like a complete lemon, waiting for my drive through order. Had to go in and ask for it eventually. No apology. Hopeless.
Slow service at drive thru. Then waiting in order bay, uber eats and just eat drivers parking behind you making no effort to allow you to reverse out. Needs looking at.
Soul-destroying experience. The untrained staff have two speeds, slow and dead slow. They huddle together not knowing what to do next. Zero management. They had more staff than customers and still the food was nearly as cold as the drink.Never again.
Absolutely disgusting store, I have ordered from 3 times and each time I have had half my order missing!! All they say do is blame user eats.... user eats do NOT pack my order, you guys do, stop blaming everyone else for you mistakes. Shocking service best of times, everyone busy talking amongst each other, customer queues can be a mile long and you would still get ignored..... Avoid this store if you want you meal!!
Genuinely the worst/slowest McDonald’s in the country, the staff are so unbelievably slow and uneducated it’s bizarre. “24 hour” but get refused service from 12am - 1am every day. Arrived at store at 12:10, they said they are resetting the tills, come back in 15 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later, I get the exact same response. I come back another 20 minutes later (now almost 1am) and get the exact same response, come back in “15 minutes”, at this point I was sick of the lying and just went home hungry. I just finished my 11 hour shift at the hospital, and had to go back 7 hours later in the morning on an empty stomach because of these lying staff. Why would they tell me to come back in 10 minutes instead of just telling the truth. Also, why can they advertise 24 hour service when it clearly isn’t. The one member of staff (A younger Asian kid with long hair) was extremely rude about it to multiple customers. Genuinely appalled by the service.
Visited with family over the Easter holidays. It was after 2pm so not overly busy and ordering via the touch screen was easy with no real queues. However, it took far too long for the food to arrive (we chose table service) and when it did it was pretty cold . We ordered special requests (customised burgers) so these should have been freshly made and therefore warm. Obviously they just sat there waiting for delivery to the table . Not great. Have visited before and not been any more impressed unfortunately. Hopefully next visit I can amend the review?
