Touch screen menu was out of paper and didn't get receipt with order number , so I had to go to counter and order , then I got the wrong item and it looked disgusting, nothing like what they show you on the screens with the products

The concepts of fast food, drive thru and edible food are clearly unknown here. Ordered at the drive thru, then asked to park up and wait, along with everyone else. If the food isn’t ready when you order, how come it’s cold when you get it?

The food is always cold and always takes ages. They seem to prioritise the delivery orders and neglect people who order instore.

Cheap quick food they forgotten about our order but gave us extra burger

I've only used it here for breakfast. Standards are still slipping as the branch seems increasingly overwhelmed by delivery orders. It can be very slow & I've had issues with oily food, errors, cold food & drinks. Place is kept clean but can be draughty.
