Q horrible servicio al cliente tienen las managers si alguien se regresa para cambiar un simple smoothie solo cambielo no se agan los graciosos por q ya esperamos 30 minutes para q no lo agan bien

How understaffed is a place when you can't get your $15 drive thru order and have to wait in the parking lot? I even had time to write this review.
