Deborah.. From Tennessee ...was FANTASTIC Kid-friendliness: Deborah was VERY attentive to the three of us .. Especially my granddaughter

This message is for the manager, Berta. We spent 5 minutes going over my breakfast order, and you still keyed it in wrong after assuring me it was correct. I get home and low and behold, it's not correct. All I needed was 3 breakfast meals with coffee and 1 additional sandwich. No changes, just as is. The fact that this location charged me $32.00 for this is insanity. Do better, Berta. Your setting the standard for your team and if your this bad at your job I can't begin to imagine how bad the rest of them are.

I live close by and try to go here occasionally out of convince. Literally every time they get my order incorrect. Today's order was missing 40 chicken nuggets. The staff here is absolutely incompetent. Save yourself the hassle and drive to the McDonald's a couple miles away in Mulberry.

For starters, never getting a shamrock shake again. It was all fine and dandy around 8pm, I’m happy causally sipping on my shake. You know I fall asleep eventually and BOOM! 2:30 hits and I wake up to what feels like WW3 inside my stomach. That’s when I go to the bathroom instead of the hole out in the back I usually use, and let me tell you it was just liquid green goodness. I mean it was so diabolical I felt Jesus by my side holding my hand get me through this experience and I’ve never been one to be religious. I will give 2 starts although because the shake was rather tasty but does that make up for the aftermath. Not in a million years. All in all I don’t plan on getting a shamrock shake anytime soon (the machine will probably be down anyways) and thank you for your time reading my review that came straight from my heart. And to McDonald’s, I will still be a loyal customer to your crispy chicken sandwhich.

Overprice food. Use to be a place where u take the kids and everyone can eat for a little over 20 bucks. Now you get 2 smashed burgers with only 1 or 2 condiments on it instead of all and 2 large fries for 20 bucks. They need to reevaluate the price of the food they are serving. And teach the employees how to count the correct number of items to match the order.McDonald's is going downhill and fast.
