The Fries here are always hot with the perfect amount of salt. They are also very quick and friendly here.

Despite the fact that I used the app 20mn before showing up at this place to order my food, going through the drive-in to pick it up, they still make me wait because of missing items. And from what I saw, I wasn't the only one waiting in their car for their food. Except this, the food was OK, as you expect from a Mc Donald.

As expected

I placed a mobile order at the McDonald’s located at 4706 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy in Kissimmee, which is advertised as a 24-hour location on both the McDonald’s app and Google Maps. I arrived at around 3 AM to find cones blocking all the exits, but the lights were on, giving the appearance that the restaurant was open. Despite the app allowing me to place an order and charging me, there was no way to pick up my food. The restaurant was completely inaccessible, and I was left without my order or any way to request a refund through the app. It’s incredibly frustrating that they are listed as open when they’re clearly not, and it seems like an oversight that customers can still place orders under these conditions. Overall, the lack of communication, inconvenience, and inability to get my money back made for a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend relying on this location during late hours.

Food was made fresh, the restaurant is clean and the staff are extremely friendly.

Extremely busy location with either not enough works or extremely slow workers. I waited 20 mins for a sandwich and under cook chicken nuggets
