Horrible customer service at this location always has been. I opt for placing my order at the machine in an attempt to avoid the staff. Today I stopped by for breakfast, ordered a sausage McMuffin combo and 1 burrito. The combo was fine but the burrito was warm at the top and literally ice cold in the middle. Approached the front desk and asked if I could have a new burrito. The staff turned to (supervisor, manager, team lead I’m not sure blue shirt) and told her about the complain, she rolled her eyes at me and said okay and walked away. No im sorry about that let’s make it right, I’ll be right back with a hot one NOTHING. I was polite, courteous with both the team member and the “blue shirt” but after being treated like that I just turned around and walked out. Thinking in my head I just paid money for that, I turned around to get her name, one team member refused to give it to me and then another approached and said “which one” I replied the supervisor manager whoever’s in the blue shirt and I was informed her name is Michaela (could be spelled incorrectly) but Michaela needs to be retrained on customer service skills, it’s not my fault you sent out an ice cold burrito what a joke ! 0 stars if possible

Ordered here and worse idea ever! I ordered a 10 pack of nuggets got a 6 pack all the fries were cold and the pop was watered down. The wrap had no sauce on it and I waited 1/2 hr to even get anything! I tried calling to let them no and they don’t pick up the phone. I’ll never go back here!

WARNING!!!! This McDonald's Walmart does not take " McDonald's Walmart" app offers. The lady behind the counter says "we don't take part in these promos." She was getting upset because I can only imagine the people getting p off when trying to use it. Ill go to taco bell next door next time

THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND WELL DONE AND VERY HOT AND THE CASHIER WAS VERY GOOD AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT.

What a filthy McDonalds. Shooing fruit flies away from my meal, In winter. Fruit flies in the winter means dirty areas. I mentioned to the manager “I want to comment on how dirty this Mcdonalds is with Garbages over flowing, pop all over the place, dirty tables, garbage on the floor” and she said they were very busy before didnt even say We will have someone clean it… saucy attitude… and it wasnt even busy inside just saying. - there should still Be someone keeping things clean for people to eat. Clearly you need to get the fruit flies under control. I feel sooo gross to eat in such an unsanitary McDonalds. I know its only McDonalds - but its pretty pricey to eat in filth. *edit to add a review 8months ago said no printing receipts at self serve.. well its still out of paper! :/

Ordered a coffee while walking on the app. Went inside and they couldn’t find it. However the girl were very helpful and welcoming. Absolutely love it. She took the time to make sure and acknowledge my order. Went and found it and brought it out with a beautiful smile along with and apologies for any inconvenience. Coffee was hot and tasty. The way it should be. No complaints Let’s keep up the excellent work Mac Donald’s. we appreciate your hard work and your dedication to taking care of us when it’s chaotic. Definitely will continue to support them. Indeed
