When I drive-thru today to get breakfast, the employees messed up my order, and I realized the order was wrong and I called the restaurant, but the employee I talked to was rude and not helpful at all. Please give your employer proper training on how to do great customer service.

Hands down this has to be the best McDonald's in all of Dallas. I work nearby and I always come here for breakfast and sometimes when I get off and the food is always fresh they always get my order correct they always give me condiments and napkins and they're very polite. Good job everyone give these people raises they know exactly how to satisfy their customers!

Egg McMuffin was very nasty

You need to have real live people to take your order. What happened to customer service at McDonald’s. When will I get my paycheck and w2 for working for you!!!! This is why you guys can’t compete with Chick-fil-A. They know how to treat their guests!!!!

Just Came In to get a simple chicken sandwich. The Hispanic Lady that was at the front counter had a terrible attitude, messed up my order and gave me the wrong food.

Every time I customize an order on the app, like asking for no pickles or extra onions, I either end up with extra pickles, or no onions at all. It seems like their employees don’t even read the order and just slap together whatever they feel like and hand it to you.
