Worst McDonald's in the city...they park too many cars in the drive thru...every time I go at least 3 cars parked waiting for their orders...ridiculous

Thanks for the food poisoning, & trip to the ER last night the Burger meat smelled expired after I took 1 bite couldn’t eat the rest. I try my hardest to not hold employees accountable at chain restaurants like this because I know how busy & stressful it gets but this seemed intentional, no reason should expired patties or food that’s been sitting out for hours should be served to the public like this.
I went there to use a birthday reward for the app. The girl said it didn’t work but I couldn’t use anything else in the app because it was telling me I used one already, I wouldn’t have even bothered going there but I order and try to show it to the cashier who says it’s all the McDonalds and it’s a world wide problem, nothing he can do about it but then asks if I have another code? Huh? I literally was trying to use a birthday reward about to expire, ya think they would have just looked at my phone. Anyways whatever. I get my food. The quarter pounder is drenched with grease, the fries and nuggets are hard and cold and I’m just like why do I even bother. Mind you the fries are filled half way, super disappointing to be honest, spending 17 bucks, on that. Couldn’t use my app, and didn’t even try to resolve it and also the girl through the intercom laughing while I’m trying to figure out why the code won’t work… quite rude. Def won’t be back.
I would give it a zero . Today was horrible, waiting for 30 min at curbside to get a model order to have to walk in and get it myself, then i got to the car to find out they messed it up. Then, I was told to shut up by one of the staff members ,as well as other customers . Then this guy hits my car with a leaf blower that worked for them, and of course, he did not understand English . I'll not be back !!
I was at the South Main location last night about 9:45 p.m. and had a very awful experience with Jeremy, the cashier. I ended up calling the corporate office today because I was that upset about what happened to another person and myself. I just want to thank the manager who just called me to not only right the wrong, but for calling me back within an hour to say that it was taken care of. I'm sorry, but you should not be working with the public, Jeremy. As a loyal customer, customer service should be your number one priority, along with respect.
To the manager last night, at first i was
pretty upset with you. After all the disrespect that not only the other gentleman and I received, but also you. My heart also went to you because you just looked so frustrated. At least now you do not have to deal with that anymore.
Too busy during rush hour to place separate meals in separate bags. In addition to not providing the correct meal.
Probably the worst place to spend your money. They aren’t open until 2:00AM despite what their hours are. Went through at 12:30 PM (Drive-thru) and they told me they were closed. Go to another places instead of this once because they clearly don’t care. #trash #dobetter
This is THE WORST McDonald's in the city, we live within a few blocks, so we often go to this location. And 9 outta 10 times they screw my sons meal up! It's not that hard it's a 10 nugget meal with a extra fry on the side. Tonight I received a Bigmac, 2 cheeseburgers, and 2 large fries. No nuggets! But the receipt on the bag said the correct items. It's very frustrating ALWAYS getting your food messed up. And then the management at this location is incompetent.
The service is awful! Always! Has a lot to do more than likely female manager!!!!! Obviously the leader needs to rise above not be the rudest, makes more mistakes then her staff!! Definitely time for new management! Hopefully it would change the rest of the issues,attitude,mistakes in order, mistake in pricing I live directly up the street so I’m there often definitely not as much as I would be if……….
