Carolina is a great manager giver her a raise, best manager I've seen here in a while, she even gave me the idea to get a gift card for my dads birthday!
Very terrible experience and customer service. Placed an order on my mobile for table service since they are all usually busy fulfilling orders. McDonalds tend to employ very rude people. The app informed me that my order was on its way to my table but it never arrived. When I tried to find out, a very sweet crew member - Kim tried to help me. But the manager Lucy, was extremely rude and kept on busy with her other orders. There was a cook that kept looking at me as I stood there trying to get her to talk to me. Except for Kim, none of the other crew members paid any attention. The manager said to me, "my system doesn't have your order, you can show me everything you want, I'm not giving you any food." I had a receipt and my card was charged and she refused to look at any of it. It's not about the money, it's about how customers feel leaving a franchise, especially one as big as McDonalds.

I mistakenly said chocolate frosty when ordering. I meant to say chocolate shake. The evening staff were having a difficult time understanding that, and made it clear that I was an idiot for not saying McFlurry. A chocolate shake was not originally called a McFlurry at McDonalds. The fact that I have to say the word McFlurry at all is frustrating.
i came to this location around 1 AM and the hours for drive through say 24 hours and the sign was on that it was open and when i pulled to the screen to order the guy working told me they were closed… definitely not the place to depend on if you need a late night snack
I use mobile order and paid the money didn't get the order.very terrible
