I ordered breakfast at the drive-thru and pulled up to the first window to pay. The cashier told me my total, I handed over my debit card, and they promptly swiped it. I received a notification from my bank confirming the transaction and watched my receipt print.
Instead of returning my card with the receipt, the cashier pocketed it and walked away! Three minutes passed with no sign of them. Feeling uneasy, I locked my card using my banking app.
Finally, the cashier reappeared, acting as if I was a new customer and asking for my payment. I pointed to my receipt and said, "I already paid. My receipt is right there. You have my card. Check your pocket."
They fumbled through their pockets, pretending to be surprised, and claimed they didn't have it. I insisted I wouldn't leave without my card. They walked away again, hand in their pocket, then returned laughing, saying "Your card was over there."
The whole thing was incredibly sketchy. I definitely recommend using cash at this place!
Service is very slow, food is too expensive and place is some what clean.
Idk what it is lately. All McDonald I go to, the fries are cold, burgers are so messy, and way too much mayo and mustard.
Paid an extra $2 for bacon on my sausage mcgriddle and got 2 tiny pieces . Mcdonald's Is disappointing nowadays 😕 all good things must come to an end .
I ordered on the App and this location can never find it when I arrive to pick it up. This last time the female attendant tried to charge me a second time which I tried explaining why I wasn't going to pay a second time she became belligerent.
Unwilling to help find my order she instead suggested I placed the order at the wrong location, for pickup in the dining area or just incorrectly period I didn't know what to do.
Another employee tried to help from the pick up window and she proceeded to talk loudly over him and me and still wasn't willing to help find my meal.
The "missing" food was at the pick up window the entire time. This location is just awful with the exception of the young man who tried to help me despite his co-worker's unwillingness to do her job.
It was reported to the McDonald's App. Food was cold by that time. Don't go to this location.
Still below bar but they have improved to tolerable.
I ordered a pie and it is no longer that crunchy, good-sized, and delicious pie. Now it is small, not at all crunchy, and it melts in your hand.

I stopped at McDonald’s for a meal because I’m hungry and coming from work . don’t think I will ever eat there again because their food was so disgusting the fries had so much salt on it to kill a horse and when I ordered a Coke she give me Dr Pepper and the receipt machine you can’t even read it
The food was great as always as was the value. However, when it was delivered to my table, they forgot to put a package of silverware - which is fine, mistakes happen. But when I went to the counter to get a pack, nobody greeted me or asked if I needed any help for approximately a legit five full minutes. Employees walked past the counter a couple times, but most were not even in the area at all but huddled at the drive thru. I understand it can be busy there, but to not even turn around at all to see if someone is at the counter in-store is extremely, extremely poor. Everybody had their backs turned away from the front register area. There were a least six or seven employees in total and no one stopped to help until I purposely had to say something to one passing through, and even then they weren't going to stop unless I had said something.
Very, very poor service experience for something that should have been so simple to handle.
