I wish they would get rid of that concrete divider at the end of the drive though lanes I’ve been there twice in Elkhart and both times I ran right into that. There aren’t any signs or guard rails so it isn’t visible in larger cars

Waited 25 minutes for a single ice cream cone for my son. Absolutely unacceptable. The employees just kept walking passed us like we weren’t there and wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Every time I tried to get someone’s attention it seemed like they just were intentionally ignoring me. I ordered my sons ice cream cone through the app while in the store because no one would help me at the counter, and still couldn’t even get them to make a simple single cone… by the time they did get the cone it was extremely small and hanging off the side. Worst service yet! Took pictures in the beginning of my wait, I sat down after 10 minutes went by. Ridiculous.
