Have kids indoor play area, went at afternoon time,staff was very attentive. Tables could have been clean frequently. Parking: Enough parking but plenty around the lot Kid-friendliness: Got kids' indoor play area.

Way to expensive for the price

It's not that the food is bad or anything. Okay, it's definitely bad for you, but the taste hasn't really changed over the years (at least in my amateur opinion). It's not the sevice, either. The employees are usually quick about their tasks (given what limited manpower their given on most shifts). What kills this mighty franchise from being the "quick snack for the common person" like it once was are the insane prices. You know it's bad when a meal at Red Robins (yes, the place with the bottomless fries) is on par with, if not slightly cheaper than, the meager portions served at McDonalds. And I'm not even going to go into their joke of an app, where the punchline is that this glichy trash is apparently the ONLY thing that was hit by Y2K.

If I could give this particular franchise negative stars I definitely would. The General managers competency resolving customer complaints is subpar. Let’s not get started on the “managers” who are not properly trained to handle a simple refund. Overall a very poor experience.

Came by today for two cokes and apple pie and a ice cream cone . I paid for my order then pulled to pick up line in. Drive through there was a young chubby lady working who was yelling at the other worker and was very rude to her raising her voice at the poor young lady and she ended up switching with her at the window and when i got my drinks she handed me two diet cokes when i asked if they were regular cokes she said no then she said wait yes so i asked her to switch the drink out for me she stood there not wanting to and raised hr voice at me and rolled her eyes then i was told they have no apple pies and if i wanted the holiday pie and then they said they didnt have any cones for the icecream after 10minutes waiting for my coke replacement in line . It was a horrible experience i really feel bad for the evening workers working with her she was extremly rude .
