Every single time I come by in the drive thru, even with ordering ahead through mobile order, you're sent to sit out in one of the stalls to wait for your food, have to wait at least 10-15 mins to receive your food. I have never once been able to receive my food at the window.
I recently visited this McDonald's location and had a disappointing experience. The customer service was shockingly poor; the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. After I made a complaint about my order, I noticed that my food was shorted, which felt like retaliation.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any service industry. It’s clear that McDonald's needs to invest in better training for their employees to ensure they provide proper service and handle complaints professionally. I hope they take these issues seriously, as this experience has certainly made me reconsider future visits.
Nice place to have breakfast and very fast service.
Dishes you can try: Pancakes, fries and hash brown. Dine In service in the morning.
When I went to the drive-thru to order food in the morning, she seemed to be half asleep. I had to repeat it many times before she understood.
This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been. Everything I order 20 piece chicken of chicken nuggets. I never get any bbq sauce even i request 3 of them for my order
Worst management I ever saw..
Ordered through the app went to go pick up food for my mom. They canceled my order as I pulled into the restaurant. I gave them my code and they knew my name and my order but said it was canceled. They also told me that they could not cancel my order on there end. But I didn't cancel it so they must have... They said it could have been the app glitching. The app would not let me reorder the food so I Sat in line for about 20 minutes just to be told there's nothing they can do besides re order the food on their post. And the total was higher than I originally paid plus I didn't have the card with me. Ended up leaving empty handed after about 30min and I won't see the money back for 3-5 days. What a waste of time for me and the people stuck in line.
Note: I don't like giving 1 star reviews. I realize this isn't necessarily staffs fault but they also weren't being very helpful and seemed confused by the entire situation, nobody seemed to have any idea what to do or say besides the manager who did try her best to understand the situation and weigh the options. Manager seemed stressed out and over worked. I left to not make it worse.
Horrible the wait is forever people are waiting I have already waited for 15 mins and still nothing. And this location is also known for messing up the food order. This will be the last time we come here I recommend from now on to go to 6th in narco. The owners here seem not to care cuz this location has been like this since they first open up. Corporate needs to come in and see how crappy it is here…..
Even though it took a little longer to get my food this McDonald's has a great seating and eating area clean bathroom's and employees are really nice
I made a quick stop at McDonald’s for a breakfast sandwich through the drive-thru. There was no line, and the customer service was excellent. I ordered a caramel-flavored iced coffee, but it turned out a bit too sweet for my taste.
There was paper inside my burger!
They forgot my drink and acted like I didn’t pay for it even when I showed the receipt of it.
So busy with drive thru, customers ordering inside have to wait up to 35 minutes to get their orders. I ended up walking out and leaving without my food.
Messy tables, got served soggy and soft fries, chicken sandwich buns burnt, and lukewarm apple pies. Ordered ahead of time via the mobile app for pickup and still had to wait some time in the lobby.
Staff are doing their best, but hopefully there's changes for the better at this location.
