Drive through took FOREVER. All of the employees seemed like they did not know what they were doing, confused looks on their faces. The only one who knew a little bit of English was the guy working the window. Parking: Ample of parking Kid-friendliness: One of the few locations that still have a indoor play place for the kids Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible entrance here

So stoked about this McDonald's! Seriously! Steak, egg, and cheese bagel... YES PLEASE! I'll take two! Incredibly friendly and helpful employees eager to help! Clean, clean, clean! Plenty of parking. Five stars across the board! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks y'all!!

First off fire crystal as she doesn't do a very well job with costumer service. You cuss words on the phone is actually not permitted by employees. Second off hire people that speak English fluently if they are talking orders.

Went thru drive and the lady was rude and couldn't understand her and didn't even give us a total. Amount. She's what is called bad customer service.

I travel a lot and I’ve unfortunately eaten more than my fair share of McDonald’s over the years, and I can confirm this is one of the better ones I’ve been to. In fact when I’m passing through I make sure to stop at this one. The food is always fresh and delicious, I order through the app so they’ve always gotten my order correct. Absolutely no problems at all, I wish all McDonald’s were this good. Great job.

The employees here are horrible! They are more concerned with having their conversations and goofing around than helping customers. I asked for a drink and they gave me the wrong one. I literally told them 4 times before they gave me the right one. This was after sitting at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. It’s like this every time I’ve gone there. I will drive all the way across town to avoid dealing with that.

I normally wouldn't care to write a review of a fast food restaurant, but the staff at the Keywest location are incredibly kind and they deserve some recognition. The food is always fresh and made with care, and they always have a smile and something nice to say.
