Absolutely rude. No please, thank you, come again, your order total is…, please pull forward, how can I help you… NOTHING. Sat at the speaker for a few minutes, nobody answered. I said “is this speaker open? Hello?” Guy gets on and said “you can order.” He mumbled so bad I couldn’t understand half the things he said. Out of the NEW chili sauce that they have plastered all over the billboards outside. Just sat there and looked at me waiting for me to give him my money- he never said the total until I asked. Handed me my change and shut the window. When I got my food the fries were soggy and half warm. The lady at the window said they don’t carry the new chili sauce. Legit handed me the bag and drink and shut the window while I was talking. This is my third attempt to visit this location, same experience or similar each time. Strike three- won’t be back.

We went inside to order and were totally ignored

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently visited the McDonald’s in Destin, FL, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was the untidiness of the dining area. Tables were cluttered with leftover food and trash, and the floors were sticky and unclean, which immediately set a negative tone for my visit. The service was no better. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disinterested, making the wait time for ordering considerably longer than what I’ve experienced at other McDonald’s locations. When I finally placed my order, the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism from the staff was palpable. The food itself was a major letdown. I ordered a Big Mac and fries, expecting the usual quality I’ve come to expect from McDonald’s, but what I received was a lukewarm burger that seemed hastily put together and fries that were soggy and lacked any semblance of crispiness. It was clear that the food was not freshly made, detracting significantly from the overall dining experience. To make matters worse, the restroom facilities were in a deplorable state, lacking basic cleanliness and supplies. It was evident that maintaining a clean and welcoming environment was not a priority for this location. Overall, my visit to the McDonald’s in Destin, FL, was highly disappointing. The combination of poor cleanliness, subpar service, and lackluster food quality made for an unsatisfactory dining experience. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes to improve the quality of service and food for future customers.
