Always great service in the drive thru! They’re friendly, patient if you are learning how to use the mobile app, and prompt! This is my go to location for breakfast during the week and I’ve never had an issue.
Ordered a fish filet w/ the free fries friday (in app). It was an online pick up. When I sat down and opened my order the cheese was not even on the fish. It was on the side like who ever made it was trying to be funny. As I walk back up to the counter all the young crew members start laughing saying “I didn’t make the order”. The manager on duty Bianca M did not seem to care and just told me that the crew members don’t listen to her at all so it’s a free for all. She did give another managers name “Bri”. So Bri, pr corporate who ever is reading this this who establishment disrespected me for absolutely no reason and just decided to laugh in my face which I did not appreciate at all. I did not even stay to resolve this issue because all they did was laugh. I did not want a remake from these crew members. I did receive a refund. That’s good enough to me and I will not be back. I was so shock I didn’t even think to take a picture of my meal.
Placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and waited 28 min before going inside to find them making majority of drive orders and taking care of those customers first. Still waiting. It’s now been 32 min and it’s a 6 piece nugget happy mean and a Big Mac. Not made special or any difference from how it’s originally made. This is ridiculous, I should have gone to a different location and highly recommend anybody reading this to do so to avoid this ridiculous “fast food” spot.
