McDonald's

I’ve lived in Cheyenne two years now. This McDonald’s is closest but not once have I actually gotten my order correctly made on the first try. Tonight I had to have them remake it three times. Get better

They take your credit card out of sight at the drive through, that is a horrible policy. They should have credit terminals at the window the customer can use. I’ve eaten at McDonald’s in 50 States and 32 Countries and no one has ever done this. You could have Employees cloning Customers Credit Cards. Whatever Frachisee has come up with this decision, needs to change it. No one should ever lose sight of their Credit Card. Makes you wonder if they are in fact cloning cards.
