Food was as expected, service was sub par… no greeting or thank you or acknowledgment. Like they don’t care!

The Arizona Avenue & Ray Location Has to be the absolute worst McDonald’s To ever exist! The atmosphere itself is totally horrible and the customer service is horrific their staff always has attitude problem! And I’m pretty sure some of them have learning disabilities because they could never get an order, right! Or fallow simple instructions! There is absolutely nothing they can do to better this establishment! I hope corporate sees this comment, and just decides to do the world a favor and shut this Location down! For a better experience, make sure to go to the one on Warner and Dobson where their staff isn’t full of complete idiots!

Whoever works the drive through speaker at night is insanely rude. I came through for a door dash and said the name. They said “number”, door dash codes are long with letters and numbers. I answered the full dash code or the last few numbers? I was ignored for a couple minutes and then she said “like i already said… the last 3.” I gave the last three, and got the response “window.” Curious the service if you actually have to order as I’ve only had bad experiences picking up dashes here at night.

We stopped for a quick breakfast. The place was clean with just the rainy day tracking that made the floors very slick. The bathroom was tidy as well. Which is a welcome sight. You need to get one of the employees to open it. So, take that into consideration if urgency is a thing. Egg sausage McMuffins were standard sandwiches. And did just what was needed, and filled the void in the tummy.
