McDonald's

I come here a lot in the morning and I get excellent service. But every time I come here in the evening or afternoon. The service is trash. We will start with the customer service. It is the worst service. They never ask if you would like sauce when you order chicken nuggets. They are not polite and to top it off I always see one of their employees on their phones. The food they gave me was overly salted fries. I could not eat them it was like they accidentally dropped the salt on the fries with the top off and still served the fried. They didn't provide straws. So I had to go in and grab my own straws. But when I went to the front to ask for some sauce. I waited 7-10 mins for someone to help me and provide me sauces for our nuggets. I ended up leaving because not one employee asked if I needed anything or even asked. There was two people at the one cash register and everyone else seemed like they were working the drive through and to go orders. But even then not one person asked if I needed help. Poor poor customer service!!!

This is one of the dirtiest McDonald’s play spaces I’ve ever been inside. It’s a relatively new play place, so I was shocked at its state. It’s incredibly disappointing that they did away with the last play space. We drove out of our way for it. The new play gym is distressingly filthy. We literally went home and washed all our clothes and showered immediately. It is glaringly obvious that they do not clean or care for the play space regularly if at all. I know kids are dirty but that does not excuse the level that this space has reached. Childless adults seem to love sitting at the far end of the play space, employees and management don’t seem to find that concerning. This location is also a dead zone for service, adds to the uneasy feeling. Food was stale and cold. No self serve ketchup, or any other sauces. The bathrooms were normal McDonald’s level clean. Prices continue to rise while value and quality have continued to decline. Thanks McDonald’s!

Kriss The manager is always nice !!! But every time I’ve came he’s always short staffed ! That’s not fair to him he deserves a raise !!! Keep up your hard work manager Kriss !!

This is my McDonald's that I always go to. It's very empty inside but the drive-thru is very busy at each meal. I prefer to go in. It's sometimes hit and miss here. Tonight in ten minutes I saw two drive thru customers returning for missing food. So check your order, because you know what Joe Pesci says about the drive thru!
