I ordered at the kiosk and forgot to order a drink with my meal. I didn't realize it until my server brought my meal. I was going to go get in line at the kiosk and place a drink order, but the server said, "Don't worry about it." and gave me a drink cup for no charge, That was service above and beyond! I was also very impressed with the young man who was responsible for keeping the tables cleaned and supplies replenished. He never stopped moving the entire time we were eating our meal. He cleaned the tables more thoroughly than anyone I've seen in a LONG time, especially in a fast food restaurant, He didn't just give them a quick wipe with the towel. He carefully wiped every inch of the tabletops and even wiped the edges of the tables. When he wasn't wiping tables, he carefully swept the floors in the areas that were vacant and checked the drink dispensers to make sure they were well-supplied. Best effort I've seen in a long time. Thumbs up for our visit to this McDonald's!

The workers there don't know how to use their own promo codes, tried to stinge me out on fries and when I tried to explain they were supposed to give me 2 fries with a 20 piece and i would know because my bf works there, the manager tried to act like they used the right code. dirty place and worse customer service, if you really hate yourself and your job that much, quit. Don't make it other people's issue. (Also ms.wideback ate her way to the manager position I just know it)
The gentleman that was working today around 8PM went above and beyond . Great customer service and upbeat attitude. Happy guy spreading smiles! Food was great and clean restaurant. 10/10 . One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been too
Food order is almost always wrong. Staff must be underpaid because no one is happy.
I need to figure out who the HR for this location is. My daughter works there and what her manager is doing is Highly illegal. She was told MULTIPLE times what hour she is available to work after being scheduled OUTSIDE of her availability the manager is now retailiating against my daughter. She is I Minor BTW. There is also blantant racism and favoritism happening. And why would her Manager Cindy need to call me to VERIFY I told my child she can’t work outside of her availability that was already given to her 5 weeks prior? And the cut her hours because of it. Employees shouldn’t get punished because management can’t do thier jobs. If anyone knows how to contact Split ridge please leave that information thank you
