Employees needs extra training on their customer service Also, food is not what it seem like the pictures.

Waited for food in the parking lot, brought 4 bags of food to the car that was 2 cars behind me. When I finally got my food , the fries were ice cold and the quarter pounder with cheese was more on the box, not on the burger! My mistake to try this location again after more than a year! Never again

Order taker was aggressive, double Big Mac had several bone fragments in the meat, burger patties are paper thin. I could not finish the meal. Don’t go here.

The flavor never changes

Managed as a giant vending machine instead of a restaurant. You use the kiosk to place your order. What staff there is will only briefly be visible when they bring out your order. The burger and fries were served barely above room temperature and there was no ketchup by the self-serve area. You almost have to enter the kitchen area to get the attention of an employee.
